Specific engagements (PPC management, audits, automation, consulting) are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Revv Marketing. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement, the engagement controls for that work.
No guarantees
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee specific traffic, lead, ranking, or revenue outcomes. Case studies and testimonials describe past results that aren't a promise of future performance.
Third-party services
The Site and our services may link to or depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, HubSpot, CallRail, etc.). We aren't responsible for those platforms' availability, terms, or pricing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revv Marketing isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
